Q: What happens when an order is 'reshipped'? For example the first time the label was printed the wrong service was selected. When I go back to that order and redo the shipment, will the Order Manager save my old shipping information or my new information?
A: Both. ShipRush will update eBay with the new information however both shipments can be seen under the Shipments tab. To see this information, highlight the order, press the open button at the top and go to the Shipments Tab. You can then select a shipment and when you return to the general tab the link and tracking information will reflect the shipment you selected.
