Q: ShipRush is asking for a license code - where can I get this?

Q: What is the ShipRush for PayPal offer?
A: ShipRush and FedEx have teamed up to offer a free, one year license of ShipRush for PayPal to all U.S. FedEx customers who download ShipRush prior to December 19, 2013.
Q: How can I add other Web Stores such as Google Checkout or Yahoo?
A: To add additional Web Stores, click on the Settings button at the top of the ShipRush Order Manager screen and click 'Add New Web Store'. If you are missing a desired Web Store as an option, first upgrade to the latest version of ShipRush by clicking the 'Download Now' button above and installing the downloaded file. Then close any open ShipRush windows, click on the icon in the system tray and go to Settings | Program Settings. Click the button to 'Enter ShipRush License' and enter the license above to enable all Web Store options.
Q:What do I pay for my Shipments?
A: Your shipments are billed at your current FedEx rate, as determined by FedEx. You are billed for shipments on your regular FedEx invoice, the same as for shipments processed with FedEx Ship Manager and other tools.
Q: What if I made a mistake on a label and need to redo that shipment with the proper weight, address, service, etc?
A: To redo a shipment, find the order in the Order Manager. You should see it in the Shipped folder on the left but you can always search for it in the search box on the top right of the screen. Then just double-click the order and process the shipment as normal.
Q: What happens when an order is 'reshipped'? For example the first time the label was printed the wrong service was selected. When I go back to that order and redo the shipment, will the Order Manager save my old shipping information or my new information?
A: Both. To see all the shipping information related to a particular order, highlight the order, press the open button at the top and go to the Shipments Tab. You can then select a shipment and when you return to the general tab the link and tracking information will reflect the shipment you selected.
Q:What are the other terms?
A: Under special agreement with FedEx, PayPal merchants receive a free, one year license for ShipRush for PayPal. Promotion expires on December 19, 2013.
Use of ShipRush is subject to the terms and conditions of ShipRush software license. FedEx shipping is subject to the FedEx Service Guide. The ShipRush license code on this web site allows up to three concurrent users of ShipRush to ship from a single ShipRush database. If you need more than three users, ShipRush Customer Service will provide a code at no charge. ShipRush for PayPal is published by Z-Firm LLC.

Q: What is ShipRush FedEx?
A: ShipRush is an easy and efficient way to ship via FedEx. ShipRush automatically pulls the Ship To address from the Paypal Order Manager into the shipping form. Enter a weight, press ship for your FedEx label to print out and an automatic email to be sent to the customer with the tracking number. You're ready for the next package!
Q: I have a discount/contract rate with FedEx. Can I still get that rate through ShipRush?
A: Yes! ShipRush can quote you either the list price rate or your contract rate - either way FedEx will continue to bill you as they normally would.
Q: How do I reprint a label in ShipRush?
A: In the view shipments area, select the shipment you want to reprint the label for. Click "reprint" label from the menu bar on the top of the screen. Note: This will reprint the label to the same printer. If you changed the printer settings/printer name/printer type and need to reprint the label, you will need to delete that shipment and recreate the label. See below for how to delete the shipment/label. For more information click here.
Q: How do I delete or void a shipment?
A: In the view shipments area, select the shipment you want to delete. Click "delete". Note: You can only delete the shipments from that day.
Q: I have an electronic scale, does ShipRush support it?
A: ShipRush will automatically import the weight from supported USB connected scales. Click here to see the list of supported scales.
Q: How do I set up ShipRush so that I can ship from multiple PC's?
